If you are not satisfied with your TaxDeedPulse subscription, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Contact us through the TaxDeedPulse Telegram bot (start a conversation and write "refund").
• Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your subscription.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and are returned to the original payment method.

Renewals & cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from your payment portal (link provided in your Stripe receipt) — access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Accidental duplicate or renewal charges within the current billing period are refunded in full.

Service interruptions

If the service experiences a prolonged outage (more than 72 consecutive hours), we will issue a prorated refund for the affected period upon request.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not granted for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., redistribution of content or sharing access).
