1. The service

TaxDeedPulse is a subscription-based private Telegram group providing curated, scored Florida tax deed and tax certificate opportunities compiled from public county records. Access is delivered exclusively through the private Telegram group.

2. Subscription & billing

• Access is billed as a recurring subscription (currently $29/month).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your Stripe payment portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• All charges are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change in the future; changes apply only after notice and never during an active billing period.

3. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After the initial period, refunds are granted at our discretion for billing errors or service interruptions.

4. No investment advice

All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or financial advice. Tax deed and tax certificate investing carries substantial risk, including loss of capital. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals.

5. Acceptable use

• Content is for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or republished without written consent.
• You may not share your access link or credentials with others.

6. Termination

We may terminate access for violation of these terms, fraud, or abuse, without refund for the current period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxDeedPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
